  • How long does a vacate clean take?

    This depends on several factors - size of property, how many rooms, how many windows need cleaning, the condition of the property etc

     

    Vacate / end of lease cleaning: 16-20+ hours total (6-10+ hours each for 2 -3 cleaners)

  • Do you include oven and carpet cleaning in the vacate clean?

    Yes we do a full oven clean and carpet steam clean in all vacate / end of lease cleaning.

  • Do you provide an invoice for my Property Manager or Landlord?

    We provide an itemised invoice at the end of the clean which can be forwarded to your Property Manager or Landlord.

  • Do You Use Professional Equipment?

    Absolutely! 

    All of our equipment and cleaning products are commercial grade.We don't waste your time nor our time by using sub-standard equipment, and our equipment and cleaning products thoroughly cleans deep down and not just the surface.

  • Do you offer services all over Perth?

    We are a Northern Suburbs Based business and  we only cater for homes north of the river.

  • Do you do regular cleaning?

    We dont do regular cleaning as we are a Vacate Cleaning Specialist company.  However if you need any of our other services, please contact us.

  • How to I get a quote on a Vacate Clean?

    As a professional cleaning company that specialises in vacate cleaning, our experience in cleaning has taught us that not all properties are alike. 

    Cleaning times vary based on several factors, including the size of the house, windows, the number of rooms and how much cleaning is required.

  • How soon should I book in a Vacate Clean?

    Our services are generally booked out 2-3 weeks in advance.  So its best to book in as soon as you require our services.

  • What is the best way to contact you?

    Preferably via email or text message so we have all the correct information.
